Thanksgiving Day Prayers and Blessings

Thanksgiving day prayers are said at the beginning of the Thanksgiving meal. It is the giving of thanks for the bounty of food provided, the love and laughter of good friends, and the joyfulness of being with family that makes this day so meaningful.

Prayers can be long and formal or a simple verse that is simply spoken from the heart. They can be solemn, lighthearted or even be funny Thanksgiving blessings if that's what works for you.
