It appears that more and more people are looking for self-help resources to assist them in changing their life from what "currently is" to something better. Unfortunately, we aren't always clear on what that "something better" should look like. I've learned over the years that first you need to get clear on - and understand - that the life you are living right now, here today, has been created through your own thoughts and perceptions of the world around you. In order for any of those self-help resources that you've come across to work, you need to open your mind to possibilities, and give yourself permission to look beyond what appears to be obvious to you right now. It's the only way you can begin to affect any sort of change in your thought patterns, and ultimately, in your life experiences. The reality is, in order to change your life you HAVE to change your thoughts. How do you do that? By opening your mind and giving new concepts a try. Don’t ever stop looking. Keep searching for self-help resources until you find what "clicks" with you. Not everything will. That's reality. Some information you'll shrug off as being too unbelievable - at this time in your life. Later on down the road, you may find yourself drawn back to what you previously dismissed. Always be open to that.
