Randy Pausch - The Last Lecture

Carnegie Mellon Professor Randy Pausch, was dying from pancreatic cancer, when he gave his last lecture at the university on Sept. 18, 2007.

In his moving talk on "Really Achieving Your Childhood Dreams," Pausch spoke about the lessons he had learned in his own life and gave some wonderful advice to students on how to achieve their own career and personal goals.

However, what is not really known is that he gave the lecture, not so much for the audience sitting there, but more specifically he was talking to his own three children. In turn, they would have this inspirational video to look back on as they grow up - inspiring them to achieve their own goals and dreams.

The Last Lecture video is 76:26 minutes in length, but is well worth watching for the messages that Randy Pausch imparts to everyone... don't put your life on hold any longer, but live your dreams now!

So grab a hot or cold drink, settle in and enjoy one of the best inspirational video clips I believe is out there. You can also order his book The Last Lecture by Randy Pausch from Amazon. I've read it and I found it to be one of the best motivational and inspiring books that I've had the pleasure of reading. It's a keeper, for sure!
