| As this site is called Inspirational Words of Wisdom, I felt it wouldn't be complete without some inspiring prayer choices. Praying can be a very personal and uplifting experience for many people. Some of the most amazing and enlightening moments can evolve from deep prayer. But prayer blessings aren't just limited to the act of praying. They can also be used for meditation purposes. Focusing on a short prayer while meditating can work just as well as repeating a well-known mantra. With inspirational prayer, your concentration is on the wonderful words that you are reciting, which you are then sending out to the Universe. |

Although many prayers can be uplifting, I wanted to select the ones that were the most inspiring and uplifting to the spirit. The result is my favorite collection of inspiring blessings, which I hope you will enjoy as much as I do.
I also know that a lot of parents would love to teach their children about praying. So with that in mind, I've included a selection of prayers for children. These are simple verses that children should find easy to remember and be able to recite with little problem.
