Gratitude Quotations:
Expressing Thanks On a Daily Basis

There's an interesting thing that happens when you consistently read gratitude quotations... you suddenly begin to realize that you actually have a lot to be thankful for in your life... things, people, and opportunities that you have taken for granted for a long, long time.

It's so easy to forget to express our appreciation over the many blessings we actually receive each and every day.

This particular quote always makes me chuckle... but it also makes me realize that every morning when I open my eyes, I have something to be immediately grateful for:

"If you woke up today, congratulations! You have another chance."

Praying Hands - Quotes of Gratitude

It's important to focus on the positive aspects of your life, and being consciously and sincerely thankful for life itself is a good way to begin.

There are several ways you can invite gratitude into life.

  • Begin by writing out a gratitude list every day before you go to bed.

  • Read empowering and uplifting books that raise your conscious and spiritual levels.

  • Watch inspiring movies and videos.

  • Print out gratitude poems and stick them to your desk or wherever you typically work, so you can read them several times a day.

  • And read gratitude quotations like the ones below every chance you get.

  • Begin to practice having an "attitude of gratitude" and watch as your consciousness shifts. Unexpectedly, your inner and outer worlds will not only "appear to become," they WILL become a better, happier and more abundant place.

And isn't that something to be grateful for?

To stay in a grateful frame of mind, continue to read and recite gratitude quotations, as well as gratitude poems, and even general, non-demoninational inspirational prayers.
